I'm all for convenience, but charging extra for early check-in is a poor move!!! A better view from all rooms would enhance the experience!!! More dining options in the area would be appreciated!!!

Truly enjoyed my ENJOYABLE stay during January visit. The staff were helpful and attentive and kept the place fairly clean. The location was magnificent and unbeatable - just off buses and tram station, food market and bus station. It also was close to public transport & the morning markets.

I appreciated staying in this convenientbrand-new hotel. Everyone who worked there was excellent and best. I was upgraded to decent size and compact a twin room with 2 beds. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were very handy. Nothing to complain about, the venue exceeded all expectations, would recomand it.

The staff was quite helpful, assisting me with my queries regarding local attractions and bus passes. The breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of delicious options, including a popular seafood rice bowl. The hotel's location is perfect, just steps from Hakodate Station and the vibrant morning market.

Near to the train station and moring market. However you have to choose between near the travel spot ot train station. If you love to staty around travel spot then choose other place. But If you love not to carry all your stuff along the road choose loisir. Then you can take tram to travel spot easily.
